We choosed this hotel because of approximity to departure Intl airport. Located under the bridge of Marol Metro Station. Small, but sufficient room. Good a/c and wifi. Clean bathroom With warm water. Next door several eateries both licensed and not. The second door one to left very friendly and lively. Helpful and Nice staff in reception. Les than 100 INR With rickshaw to airport.

They cancelled our booking without telling us. The workers don’t care about the costumers and they don’t know a word in English. I don’t recommend it at all. They made us move 3 different hotels at 4 am in the morning after two flights. Very bad experience.

Very Bad hotel every I seen and not at all good staff even after so many calls no one give responds. Morning Break fast is really pethetic. I got Red ant with break butter in break fast. Hot water not coming in room.

I paid for a triple bed and on arrival they put my 13 year old and I in a room with a double bed. We arrived at 5am, I had paid for the room since the night before. When I asked where's the room I paid for they responded by saying that I could have it in 2 nights time. To be clear the price difference between these rooms - double! Obviously they were hoping to enjoy making the same rental twice. As we had had no sleep I paid for the room until 11.30am. Let me tell you there is no sound proofing! The lobby was three rooms away, I could hear the conversations. It's right on a busy road. Also, when someone walked past the bedroom door it would slam in the door jam! There's no hot water, we had no toilet paper, and were given no water. I found a hotel not far from the location with much better facilities for a little less with airport shuttle. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS desperate!
